Senec-Lužianky is an elaborate concept of housing which represents more than just common standards. The main idea of this project is to provide clients with everything important for their life in one place close to their home. A rich variety of public zones will be developed here: various sports grounds, a lovely lake, a small forest, and last but not least, the Čierna voda riverbank as an ideal place for walks.

There will also be shops and cultural premises providing space for spending time with friends, shopping and cultural enjoyment.

This new, urbanized unit will be full of diversity, we have included the sustainability measures into this project at the very beginning of the design process. This place is about to become a lively and vibrant centre of community life.

The district is divided into 2 parts: the northern part is bustling and offers many possibilities for various activities, and the southern part is rather calm with more greenery, a lake and a relaxation zone.

We consider the area itself to be one of the greatest benefits of this project. We want our clients to indulge in luxury living without any compromise, we want to provide them with their own little garden, a pool or a summer house for meeting their family and friends. We do realize that clients on the Slovak market have been missing such option for a long time.

District with everything

This complex will satisfy a wide range of needs when it comes to housing: from individual plots of land, plots of land for terraced houses, to living directly in a block of flats with an underground parking garage. Each client can find their place for an ideal home here and decorate it according to their own taste.

Of course, we haven’t forgotten about the little ones. In this district, there will be playgrounds for kids, a kindergarten and a school. For sports enthusiasts, we are preparing a football pitch, a running track and an outdoor workout area. There will be a possibility to not only strengthen the body, but also cultivate the spirit in the future cultural centre. Parking spaces will be available in front of the houses and close to the sports grounds, the shopping centre as well as the playground.

With regard to the environmental aspects of transport, we have included electric car charging stations and modern cycle paths in our plan. Furthermore, the whole district will be prepared for the integration of hydrogen technologies in order to support the sustainable development and innovative solutions for the environment.
