The residential project Golden Wing–Rača became an attractive place for life in Bratislava. This charming part of the city lies on the outskirts of the capital and offers a splendid view of the vineyards and slopes of the Little Carpathians. The surrounding area is covered with a green zone perfect for relaxation and rest after a hard day.

In this project we used all available modern technologies in order to create smart living.

Living in harmony with nature on the threshold of the forests of the Little Carpathians, only 15 minutes from the lively Bratislava city centre

The unique residential area is created by four separate blocks of flats. On the plot of land, they are specifically located in such a way that they form the outlines of the wings from a bird’s eye view. This is why the project received the poetic name Golden Wing.

With this work, we weren’t satisfied with a traditional approach to architecture. At that time, we used the modern technologies to create a unique work that impresses and attracts the clients. Now we are content that we have indeed succeeded.

Attractive location

The Golden Wing stands out in the city district of Rača on the threshold of the forests of the Little Carpathians. The unique location is the cornerstone of the whole project, because modern man is looking for calm housing in nature, but at the same time for a place close to the city and for easy transport accessibility. The outdoor area consists of a green park ideal for spending time with friends.

Children can go crazy and scream out loud on the modern playground with various climbing frames. It was crucial for us that the parents had a view of the whole playground and their kids playing. We knew that this project had the power to attract a lot of young families. Buying a property here meant obtaining unique comfort in the form of green areas and forests located only 15 minutes from the city centre. Every building also offers indoor or outdoor parking areas which guarantees easy parking.

Combination of functionality and aesthetics

The Golden Wing is characterized not only by high-quality architecture and exclusive design, but also innovative solutions. The basic layout and materials and technologies used are in harmony with current trends in modern construction building. For this reason, the housing brings both aesthetic pleasure as well as ecological and economic advantages.

After entering an apartment here, a cozy living room connected to the kitchen will give you a warm welcome. However, the dining area is optically separated from the kitchen area by a clever design element. The spacious balcony offers a lot of space for comfortable seating and enjoying your morning coffee with a view of the forests of the Little Carpathians. The private area includes a separate bedroom, which provides an ideal space for recharging your batteries after a busy day.
