There is a shortage of parking spaces in Ružinov. We want to prove that we can also create modern public spaces from private sources and help solve the problem of the city.

Location and access are essential

In Bratislava, we often encounter a lack of parking spaces, which is why we created this project. It has the ambition to solve this problem. Our parking garage is situated in a great location which has been struggling with the parking issue for a long time.

Automation allows us to ensure continuous operation and to guarantee safety of vehicles. In addition, wider parking spaces provide sufficient space for bigger cars, too, ensuring comfortable parking for everyone.

The parking garage is under constant control of surveillance cameras. Another benefit is the quick access to the entrance and exit from Kohútova Street. Traffic is efficiently organized with a barrier and a security garage door.
