Welcome to an innovative logistics park that goes beyond the conventional standards. This project is our response to the need to reduce and maintain energy costs for entrepreneurs. Therefore, the area will use mainly green sources of energy for its operation.

The main idea of this project was to combine functionality with sustainability and aesthetically connect the logistics park with its surroundings.

Logistics parks are usually a thorn in the eye of the local community. This project has a vision to cross the threshold of the industrial stereotype. It is our ambition to enter a new era of green logistics parks and create conditions for a growing community of entrepreneurs under one roof. At the same time, we would like to be an inspiration for the surrounding parks.

Green park

The uniqueness of our work lies in the preparation and possible development of green technologies that can lead to zero carbon footprint. Efficient use of renewable sources, such as solar energy and wind, makes it possible to generate enough energy for the operation of the park. Dependence on external suppliers will be reduced and the park will become self-sufficient.

Sustainability is a new dimension of architectural and urban thinking and is very important in this century. During construction, we prefer natural, easily degradable materials with a longer service life. In addition, the suggested technologies will be easier to repair directly on site.

As part of the VisionPark project, we want to show how nature can be saved throughout the entire lifetime of a property. We are trying to bring this concept closer to the public and encourage them to become more involved in sustainability.

Excellent location

The area offers a great customer location and is easily accessible by car from all directions. From the logistics park, there is a direct connection to the planned city bypass (exit D4) and the D1 motorway.

VisionPark provides a spectrum of use for logistics, retail, e-commerce, light production or showroom. The sprinkler system will protect the clients’ property from fire hazard Intelligent LED lighting and heating with hot air technology will ensure light and temperature comfort. The use of green energies will save energy expenditure in the long term.
