The polyfunctional building Viktória is an example of an unconventional architectural expression. The main facade of the building is lined with burgundy-coloured ceramic mosaic cladding. The colour of the cladding contrasts with the standard off-white colours of building complexes which creates an eye-catching visual effect compared to the surrounding buildings. The green atrium in the inner block provides a pleasant environment for both residents and visitors of the building.
The building is also characterized by its extended brackets, which complete the unique architectural expression. The brackets are illuminated, allowing the natural light to get deeper into the building interior. Thus, the building is expressively specific and energy sufficient at the same time.
With the Viktória project we materialized the vision of polyfunctional buildings improving the quality of life in cities. They create a more vibrant and welcoming urban environment because people live, work and shop in one area. This also reduces the need for transport which has a positive impact on the environment.modern offices in the heart of the city
