A green logistics park that goes beyond the conventional standards. We created the area in order to meet the needs of companies not only locally and spatially, but also in accordance with the principles of sustainability.

The main idea of this project is to combine commercial, transport and geographical aspects and to implement the sustainability standard for logistics parks as well.

A logistics park is basically a simple industrial building. However, we can improve it with modern methods to make the customers feel as if they were constantly in a recently built building. It is easy to tear things down, but only the best can keep them alive and maintain the highest standard of sustainability.

Benefits of green area

Contemporary modern buildings are often built for a short time horizon only. Nowadays, only 5–10% of buildings meet the sustainability standard. Our vision is to change this trend. An ecological approach in construction projects should be a matter of course today.

VisionPark is a great example of such a change–solar energy from solar collectors is collected and later used when it is needed. The efficient use of rainwater is also very important. We count on the wind energy to support the energy self-sufficiency of the project, too. A thoughtful combination of these technologies can direct the carbon footprint of the logistics park towards zero.

Amazing location and use

The transport connection of the logistics park is to the city bypass on the D1 motorway or towards Galanta, road I/62. . The park is part of the natural industrial zone of Senec South surrounded by flat terrain and existing industrial buildings. Of course, not only the long-distance trucks, but also the small and medium-sized trucks providing local and regional service can access the park without problems. The park is suitable for logistics, retail units, e-commerce, light production and customer service. The area offers an excellent customer location and is easily accessible from all directions.
